Paulina works as a Director for the Asian venture capital firm called Expara. She is responsible for the launch of Expara’s first European fund, which aims to invest in European startups and help them to scale their businesses, building the bridge between two of the fastest-growing regions in the world; Central Europe and Southeast Asia. Moreover, she is an advisor to Polish companies with interests in expansion to Southeast Asia helping them find business partners and investors, as well as set up the company in Singapore and tackle with legal regulations.
Prior to joining VC, she was working in the Ministry of Finance of Poland as an Assistant to Alternate Director of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
Paulina studied Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics and National University of Singapore, as well Law at the University of Warsaw. She was a Board Member of the Students’ Union and President of the Foreign Affairs Commision at the Warsaw School of Economics.
